BASCO Support
 The
BASCO Thin client software can be downloaded from the BASCO
website www.BASCO.org
Please contact the Texel Society for your
username & password.
If you have problems with setting up your thin client software
due to your operating software on your own pc you can contact the
premium rate number 0906 644 6557. This is a direct line available
between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. Unfortunately there
is no answer facility but if you don’t receive an answer you can
email basco@reva-it.co.uk requesting
a return call to a UK landline number. A Reva operator will then
call you back when they are available requesting that you redial
the premium rate number to gain support (please note you will be
charged £1.00 per minute from a land line and significantly more
from a mobile).
No further charges are made with this service.
