Scottish Winter Fair 2005

Supreme Sheep Champion of Show, Champion Texel and Best Pen of two Lambs sired by a Texel were awarded to father and son team Thomas and James Whiteford of Tercrosset Farm, West Hall, Brampton, Cumbria.

Their pair of ewe lambs weighed 46kgs each and were homebred from the Whiteford’s Middle Flock. Born at the end of March, out of Beltex x Texel ewes, they were both triplet lambs.

This is the first time the Whitefords have taken the Supreme Championship at the Scottish Winter Fair, having taken reserve position last year.
